We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:

You will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns must be shipped to our fulfillment facility in China, and return shipping costs typically start from €20, depending on the carrier. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund. -
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
